Outfit Sounds: Blurred Lines

I am into this notion of showing a sliver of belly skin. Not in an overexposed Britney Spears kind of way, but more of a grown up infusing some unexpected sex appeal to an every day outfit. The whole thing reads very tame, but it's that half inch of crop that makes it slightly retro and incredibly modern at the same time. I'd do this with a pencil skirt, because if you're going to be a little bit sexy on top I like to keep the rest of it buttoned up. Except for the shoes, go all out with those. Sexy, strappy, Alexander Wang heels. It's like a thong for your feet. Enjoy the music in this post because it's been stuck in my head for weeks.
