Oscar Dresses, 3rd Place: Sandra Bullock in Marchesa

I personally loved the way this fit her. Her personality isn't the type to wear some huge dress to huge events, so this Marchesa dress is perfectly suited for her. Plus, it was smart to remove that bow from the runway, since it's way to young and fun of a look for an event where she is aiming to look sophisticated and sleek.

Having seen her dress and comparing it to others on the red carpet (kind of boring this year), I was obsessed with her hair and make up. In a world of up dos and flashy jewels, her overall look was was slick and perfect. Not a hair out of place.

It was horrible watching E! and hear them talk about JLo as best dressed (really?) before seeing the other people at the event, which is why I watch it in mute now. Just show me the pictures, I don't need your chatter, E!.

  1. I agree with you but I also loved Rachel McAdams in Elie Saab and Maggie Gyllenhaal in Dries Van Noten. Also with you on the chatter- just show me the dresses and let me judge! x
