The time was 2011, my hair was super short and the hems were both high and low. I remember it well, The attempts to make "beachy curls" happen on my short hair. It worked in a haphazard sort of way, but let's say I've literally grown out of it. I still have this dress in my closet. I think I should donate it though, since it's been far too long since I've worn it. I'll let someone else enjoy the hi-lowness while I save my money for other things. Like a house in the East Bay (!!).
