A simple asymmetrical bob for summer, a la Arizona Muse. I really had no choice in the matter, since I seem to be the most impatient person who ever wanted long hair. Long hair like surfer-cool Melissa Stasuik from Proenza Schouler, or Erin Wasson, or Giselle. The moment it gets to my shoulders and hits the awkward period of neither short, nor long, I just want to go back to something structured and clean. I guess people always want what they don't have, or in my case can't seem to grow. But it's all okay. I am at peace with my hair, and by extension — existentially? too far? — myself.
