Shearling! Structure! Chains! Leather! J. Crew?? YES. The J. CREW Fall Catalogue Preview

So J. Crew decided to step it up for their fall offering, and I for one am deeply impressed. The aviator jackets with shearling are tailored like something from the Burberry runway show, but the styling is cool like Proenza Schouler and Sonia Rykel.

I am in love with most of the looks, but after a phone call to one of the "dedicated representatives standing by to pre-order the looks," it became clear that prices for these items are definitely NOT set and that they will be available sometime in September. So I'm going to hold before giving J. Crew my credit card number to place my name down for these items that are sure to sell out.

If the quality matches the look of these outfits, I think I'm going to be in trouble deciding between the super luxe shearling bags and jackets, or the sturdy wool poncho and over coats, or that Givenchy-esque chain bag at the top.
