Welcome to Papa Song's / Alexander Wang

I'm currently engrossed in reading Cloud Atlas by David Mitchell, and in this superb mix of genres and short stories there's a small portion of the book — my current favorite — where a futuristic scene is described. I could easily see the "fabricants" and "purebloods" from the story donning similar Alexander Wang spring 2013 pieces, running to Papa Song's diner and living a futuristic life dressed like this. While I love the entire futuristic femme fatale look, and how it's playing out in my head, I think in my reality this collection is going to be best used in small doses. The textured, cut-out tops and bottoms are fantastic on their own, and I could see them being tempered for office-ready purposes with a crisp white button up. Perhaps by Alexander Wang's eponymous T line? Definitely.
