If you scroll real fast you'll be able to notice the slight differences in skin tone. Blame my radioactive skin on a freshly acquired tan from my last summer vacation outings and the fact that when these photos were taken it was a sunny day with occasional clouds changing the light every second. TMI? Sorry. 

I meant to say, like, this is a comfortable work outfit that I'd totally wear in front of a client. It's got the slouchy layers so I'm focused on the work and not how my outfit is fitting, and it has a key component that is crucial to regulation of my body temperature in cold air conditioned corporate climates, a slouchy cardigan.

Cool Blues and Calming Blush Tones At Chloé

There's something really comforting about these detail shots at Chloé. It's full of soft layers, piled on top of each other like a Snuggle commercial. Down to the long hair tucked into the high necked knits, like you do when it's really chilly. There was a certain sportiness to this, too, which I really liked. The idea of not taking yourself too seriously when you're wearing a pencil skirt, and piling on layers to make it ultra cozy. I loved the palette, the styling, and the overall sense of calm. Love!
 

NYFW: Rag & Bone Lovin'

Rag & Bone is for everyone. It's one of my favorite things about the collections. Marcus Wainwright and David Neville manage to create collections that speak to more than one type of woman. They consistently deliver unique and wearable looks (entire looks, people) and so focused on workmanship that it's hard not to be a fan. One look at the styling of this collection and it's easy to see that a lot of thought is going into the layering of these intricately printed pieces. A simple skirt is not so simple because it is a sleek hybrid of chevron patterned leather strips with wool embroidered accents.

It's overall feeling of decadence. From the gloves, to the belts, to the coats (the coats!) with the fur accents, I suspect this completely rational winter wear is going to be quite popular this coming fall. Love!
