I was in Los Angeles last weekend with family and we decided to serendipitously go to the beach the very last day it was officially still summer. The weather was picturesque, and the planes were flying overhead loudly from LAX. We had a picnic by the ocean and it was all very perfect. I even managed to get into the water for a while and splash around with my nephew. Special thanks to SURFDOME for my white rash guard, protecting me against the chilly Pacific Ocean and thereby making me look more athletic than I really am.
