If I Could Figure Out How To Put Leather Straps On The Classic Rocco Bag, I'd Be Saving Some Cash

The Rocco is on sale.
The new Rocco with straps is not on sale. And is insanely expensive.

But I need a shoulder strap! A 3" handle drop means its meant to be carried around in your hand at all times, and this is just ridiculous.

HELP ME FIGURE THIS OUT.
