The photo below does not do the Vince leather jacket justice, but I saw this and tried it on in person and one thing it does lack is the thicker and more high quality quilting in the Balenciaga jacket.
Maybe it has to do with the $2,000 price difference. YES. I think so.
But it's a perfectly good alternative for someone in the market for the quilted leather jacket, and needs it under $1,000. The Vince jacket starts at $925. But Balenciaga is forever (as long as some other jealous fashion person steals it from you, in which case, yikes that was a $2,650 jacket).
